Do I pay Plan Manager Pro?
No, there’s no out-of-pocket expense for you. The NDIA allocate specific funding for us (that doesn’t come out of your total allowance) so there’s no difference to your total available funding.
What Does a Plan Manager do?
Think of us like the book keepers for your NDIS funding. Any invoices that you receive from carers, equipment suppliers and service providers, is simply sent to us instead of you. We take care of paying those invoices, and we notify the NDIS to keep your NDIS funding amount up to date.
Are my details safe with Plan Managers?
Our work is done through the Government’s NDIS website portal, so all transactions are tracked and cross-checked.
What about the carers and helpers I’ve already been paying before the NDIS?
By choosing a Plan Manager, you can keep using your existing service providers, the ones that know and care for your loved ones. They will simply send their invoices to us instead of you, we will take care of it. Furthermore, we strive to get your service providers paid faster than most other Plan Managers, we know your service providers will appreciate that too!
